1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SnapIt ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SnapIt is a habit accountability app that uses screen lock mechanisms and AI photo verification to help users build consistent habits. The app schedules alarms, locks the screen at designated times, and requires photo proof of task completion.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use SnapIt. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • SnapIt offers both free and premium (Pro) tiers.
  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to bypass or manipulate the verification system
  • Upload inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content through photo verification
  • Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards

6. AI Verification

The AI verification system uses automated image analysis and may not be 100% accurate. SnapIt reserves the right to adjust verification results. The AI verification is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about its accuracy in all scenarios.

7. Screen Lock Feature

By using SnapIt's alarm and screen lock features, you acknowledge that the app will display a full-screen overlay at scheduled times. Emergency calls and system functions remain accessible. You can configure grace periods and bypass options within the app settings.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SnapIt are owned by SnapIt and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

SnapIt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed alarms, verification errors, or data loss.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
